  • Do I have to wash the items?

    No. We simply ask you to scrape off any foods - we will do the washing.

  • Do you charge a fee for late drop-off?

    Just give us a call if you can't drop off your items on the scheduled date.

  • Do you charge for breakage?

    Yes, there is a charge to cover replacement costs. We do have a damage waiver fee that can cover unexpected breakage.
